One-Number Functions

The following list of functions simply modify the value of the x register:

• calculates the inverse of x, or x^-1.
• calculates the square of x, or x multiplied by x.
• calculates the square root of x.
• returns the integer portion of x.
• returns the fractional portion of x.
• returns the absolute value of x.
• returns the smallest integral value not less than x.
• returns the largest integral value not greater than x.
