Registration Support

Registration Isn't Accepted

Many people experience problems entering the registration information even though the values are correct. It is very important that all information be entered exactly including letter case, accents, spaces, and punctuation (including the hyphens in the Code field).

We recommend using the built-in keyboard for better accuracy as many users have reported success using this method. Also, the information can be entered automatically by copying the registration information onto the clipboard of the handheld device before starting the corresponding application.
