Registration Support Registration Isn't AcceptedMany people experience problems entering the registration information even though the values are correct. It is very important that all information be entered exactly including letter case, accents, spaces, and punctuation (including the hyphens in the Code field). We recommend using the built-in keyboard for better accuracy as many users have reported success using this method. Also, the information can be entered automatically by copying the registration information onto the clipboard of the handheld device before starting the corresponding application. Haven't Received RegistrationAfter your order has been placed either using our website or with one of our sales partners, you will be sent an email containing your registration information with the subject "<product_name> Registration" from Hudren Andromeda Connection. Usually, this email will arrive within thirty minutes of placing the order, however, there are many factors beyond our control that may delay or prevent the delivery. If you have not received this registration confirmation email within a few hours of placing your order, please contact us so that we can make arrangements to get it to you. If you have placed an order with one of our sales partners, please allow two business days for delivery. Need Lost RegistrationWe keep all registrations filed away, so if you need it for whatever reason, please contact us and we'll sent it to you. If your email address has changed since you placed your order, let us know if you'd like us to update our records to reflect this. New Email AddressThe registration information reflects the email address at the time your order was placed and does not need to be changed to reflect changes in your email address.
